14-Day Return Window

  • We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@korubeauty.co within the 14-day return window.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping address. 

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items and gift cards.
  • Additionally, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
